We are large enough to manage more than 22,000 cooperative, condominium and rental units across 200+ buildings, yet small enough to ensure that our team members take part in the daily hands-on service of each building. Advisory Services
We provide individualized advice to our clients. Drawing on vast experience and knowledge of the diverse and complex New York City real estate market, our expert staff customizes guidance for each building. A foundation of familiarity and trust enables us to be a vital partner.
Financial Management
We work closely with board members to provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis, including development of annual operating budgets, financing options, capital planning and more. Our financial services extend to handling back office operations. We provide up to date financial reporting to each client to illustrate the fiscal condition of the property.
Facilities Management
Our focus on enhancement, replacement, repair, and maintenance ensures our clients’ facilities meet their expectations and are in compliance. We continually monitor and evaluate the physical plant, infrastructure and the interior and exterior appearance of each building. Working with our clients, we analyze this information to fulfill both short term needs and develop long term capital plans.
Staffing
Personal relationships are at the center of our business. We bring that focus to managing the personnel of each building. We provide guidance, training and resources to ensure a high level of service for our clients.
Compliance
Our expertise in dealing with applicable city, state, and federal laws and regulations allows us to create policies and procedures tailored for each building. The staff of our compliance department monitors these ever-changing requirements to provide timely advice to our clients.
Risk Management
Our in-house expert, Eric S. McPhee, is both a licensed insurance broker and a licensed general adjuster who draws on his in-depth knowledge of risk management and the insurance industry to assess each building’s risk exposure and obtain appropriate insurance coverage at the most reasonable cost. Under his guidance, our fully trained team effectively manages risk-related issues.
Apartment Alterations
We are unique in the industry for creating an alterations department to manage alterations projects from application through completion. This enables us to meet our clients’ needs for this ever-growing aspect of cooperative and condominium living.
Apartment Sales, Transfers and Closings
We receive, review, analyze and provide our boards application packages when there is a proposed sale, refinance, sublet or transfer in one of the buildings we manage. We also offer closing services.

Project Management
As project managers, we take our responsibilities very seriously, placing ourselves in the client’s position to ensure that the overall quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Our project management team oversees projects both large and small. We understand that managing the expectations of residents and minimizing inconvenience is as important as the actual construction work.
Property Asset Management
We provide financial institutions and private investors with real estate asset management, property management and real estate brokerage services. Orsid has a proven track record in the effective management and successful marketing of commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties. Our asset management services include: facilities management, property management, accounting, and insurance and casualty risk consulting.
Marketing & Sales (Brokerage)
With over half a century in marketing and brokerage experience in New York City, we use our deep knowledge of the market to provide personalized attention to the needs of each client. We have licensed staff on-hand to assist in the marketing, sales and rentals of residential and commercial real estate.
